The Details

Reserving Your Date

A $100 non-refundable retainer reserves your session and is applied to your total. It holds your date exclusively — once it's yours, we turn away other bookings for that time. The remaining balance is due on or before your session day.

Rescheduling

Life happens, and we'll always try to make it work.

• With 7 or more days' notice, you may reschedule once at no charge — your retainer moves with you to the new date.
• Inside 7 days, or for any additional reschedule, a $50 fee applies to reset and re-style your session.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Because your date is held just for you, the retainer is non-refundable if you cancel. If a session is missed without notice (a no-show), the retainer is forfeited, and a new retainer is required to rebook. We'll always reach out first if we don't hear from you — life is busy, and we get it.

Sick Days & Weather

Some things are simply out of our hands. If your little one is unwell, or weather makes an outdoor session unsafe, we'll reschedule at no charge — just let us know as early as you can. Healthy, happy subjects make the best portraits.

Newborn Timing

Newborn dates are reserved around your due date rather than an exact day. Once baby arrives, simply reach out and we'll set the precise morning — ideally within their first two weeks. Your retainer carries over to that date automatically.

Mini Sessions

Seasonal mini sessions are offered on a limited number of dates and are paid in full at booking. Because spots are few and time-bound, mini-session bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you can't make your time, you're welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

Payments

Retainers and balances are paid securely online. We accept all major cards through secure checkout. Payment plans for the Grow With Me first-year collection are arranged when you book.

Your Gallery & Delivery

Your hand-edited images arrive in a private online gallery, ready to download and print — typically within two to three weeks of your session. Each gallery stays open to download for 60 days, and we'll send a friendly reminder before it closes. Need a little more time? Just ask before it expires and we're glad to extend it.

After your gallery closes, your images are safely archived with the studio — if you ever need them again, we can re-deliver them for a small reactivation fee. We do recommend downloading and backing up your favorites while your gallery is open.

Images & Privacy

Your photographs are yours to treasure, print, and share. By booking a session, you grant AG Photography permission to feature your images across our website, portfolio, and social media. Should you prefer that your photographs not be published online, we kindly ask that you let us know in writing, and we will gladly honor your request.

Where We Shoot

Sessions take place in the Rayne studio or at locations across Acadiana. Travel beyond the immediate area is welcome and quoted with your session.
